Apple Should Do More Than an Apology

Three generations of Apple MacBook and Air for the last three years has been nothing but terrible in terms of their keyboard. That is just one of many other things that are really making a lot of its users think hard.

Going for the thinner and lighter laptop model does make a compelling appeal to it. It is more ergonomic and less stressful on the hands. And mostly, it is a thing of beauty to look at.

But going for this cosmetic and ergonomic does not make sense if they cannot do it right. And this is the main case and argument that the butterfly keyboard is trying to prove.

You see, when a company like Apple tries to innovate, they have to deliver to it fully and functionally. Otherwise, it is not the best time to release it to the public. Not to mention the cost they slap on it to make it appear to be premium.

Well, with the failure of a simple keyboard on their part, that’s nothing spells of premium at any point. And Apple not admitting early on of the failure that they made is just devastatingly disappointing.


Apple Apologizes for the MacBook Keyboard

Recently, Apple just released an apology statement pertaining to the growing number of frustrated Apple MacBook and Air users. Here’s the statement:

“We are aware that a small number of users are having issues with their third-generation butterfly keyboard and for that we are sorry. The vast majority of Mac notebook customers are having a positive experience with the new keyboard.”

While this apology can put some minds at ease, we are pretty sure that the majority of their users are still pissed off at this terrible product. And like I said, this is just one of the many faults of one of their products. There are more. If you are interested in those, check out the popular YouTube channel of Louis Rossmann. That guy pretty much summed up everything everyone’s frustrations.

If that does not help with the confusion, I don’t know what else would. Apple should do more than an apology. They should just start keeping their acts clean. After all, they are charging their users huge money from their accessories, smartphones, to computers. And that is a serious business that requires a serious return.
